We are a West Vancouver bookkeeping practice serving small businesses across British Columbia remotely. We communicate in English and Mandarin.
The work we take on
Monthly bookkeeping, payroll, GST and PST support, catch-up work, software setup and income tax returns. We work with QuickBooks Online, Xero and Sage 50. Your written engagement defines the services, responsibilities and term.
Before work begins
Start with a short description of your business and your books. We reply within one business day with a written plan and quote. Prices are agreed before work begins. Catch-up work and tax returns are scoped separately from the monthly plan.
During the month
We gather the records, reconcile accounts and prepare a profit and loss and balance sheet. We ask you about items that need an explanation and identify outstanding documents. Filings and payroll follow the scope in your agreement.
Our guides
Our guides explain common bookkeeping tasks and include source links for further reading. Worked examples are labelled when fictional. An update date describes a content revision; a separate reviewer credit appears only when a review is recorded. Contact us if you find an error or need advice for your own circumstances.
