The accounting file stays under a subscription the business controls, and we work in it through our own login, the way an employee would. You can see everything we do and remove our access at any time. Electronic records have to stay readable for as long as they must be kept, so when a migration retires an old file, we make sure its data stays available.

Questions about QuickBooks and Xero
Should I use QuickBooks Online or Xero?

Can you fix a QuickBooks file someone else set up?
Yes. A clean-up starts with reconciling every account to its statements and correcting the tax codes, and is quoted once before it starts.
Can you move us from Sage 50 to QuickBooks Online or Xero?
Yes. We pick a cutoff at a period end, agree the opening balances, bring across the history you need and keep the rest readable.
Do I have to switch software to work with you?
